Jeff Wickum'sBiography

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz and have been a full time Realtor® since 1999. My BA from U.C. Davis with focus on economic & urban geography, combined with the intimate knowledge of the areas and micro climates of the county, helps me target properties to exactly meet the needs of my clients.

I am experienced in all types of sales from luxury beach front, short sales and foreclosures, to investments. I take a special pride with my first-time buyers and sellers as they enjoy the transition to becoming move-up buyers and sellers. I love the process of real estate - especially the education aspect. Clients tell me I am abidingly patient, and how much they appreciate that I take time to ensure that all their questions are answered. It is so rewarding to work with people during a life changing event.

As a member of the Professional Standards Committee and a trustee on the board of the Housing Foundation Committee, I continue to stay on the pulse of the ever changing real estate market. I take an innovative approach with marketing, utilizing technologies and techniques that allow strong research and negotiation skills to be employed. I believe in great customer service and you’ll find that I can make the process satisfying, smooth and easy.

I always make time to enjoy this beautiful area I live in with my wife and 3 children. I enjoy volunteering with community organizations such as the Lions Club, as well as find time to coach the Santa Cruz High School swim team.
