2014 was the year Santa Cruz became the #1 city to watch in terms of growth in the Silicon Valley. This is news to many residents who didn’t even realize the Santa Cruz was considered part of the Silicon Valley. We have beaches, surf, hiking, biking, mountains, rivers, …basically we live in paradise. Now we have also become an epicenter for the tech businesses that are bringing their business and jobs to our area therefor making Santa Cruz a more desired area in the entire Bay Area.

It is an honor to work in such a sought after community. As a Realtor who helped many in the real estate crash avoid foreclosure I am glad to see we survived and are in full bloom again. I am now able to help people build or transitions to their dream homes whether big or small. The move out of the depressed market into one of vibrancy is great on the community and our morale.

I have taken my skills as a short sale negotiator from the past market and transitioned them into the new world of home sales. I enjoy maximizing professional marketing methods, negotiating, use the best technology, and most of all holding my clients hand through the entire process.

In the past 4 years I have achieved the highest honor of Sales Associate of the Year at David Lyng Real Estate. I love sharing my business and this community in own magazine that I edit and publish. I also love learning and have been certified as luxury home marketing specialist and embark on continued education. And as an active member in the community I teach goal setting classes, play beach volleyball, and volunteer at charity fundraisers. But, what makes my professional career shine is not only working with my wonderful clients, also creating synergy with the world class agents of Santa Cruz  Mastermind group and David Lyng Real Estate. It has been a pleasure and honor to work with such a great group of realtors and people in the best community around!
