Danny Alvarez's Biography

I have been a full time licensed agent/broker since 1990, a licensed California General Contractor since 1984. From 1990 to 1997 I worked exclusively as a Commercial Broker earning a Top Producer award in 1996. I moved to Santa Cruz with my family in 1997 and have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate, predominantly residential. In 2004 I took over ownership of the Real Estate Center in Downtown Santa Cruz, and in 2008 I joined David Lyng Real Estate as an Associate Broker.

I love what I do and I have a lot to offer anyone thinking about buying or selling any type of Real Estate. I am energetic, positive, and proactive and would be honored to hear from you.
